If we, as a nation, were serious about election integrity, this would not happen.
Between this, and not bothering to identify or fix any of the problems putatively identified in 2020 and 2024 elections, I cannot believe that the US is serious about election integrity. We as a nation want to dispute and waffle and prevaricate about elections.

The US, for example, tolerates and practices gerrymandering. When you indulge in such corrupt redistricting, when you allow your electoral districts to become uncompetitive and sclerotic, then you're not serious about democracy.
