Good, give it ten years and she'll be some nobody, with only news articles from 10 years ago to feed her ego.
If they'd wanted the money pissed away on performative altruism they'd have done that in the will by trust.

"Those who worked hard" included Fritz Fischer, the developers of Agent Orange, and other fun chemicals and applications.
I'm not sure a decendant born in 1992 was a primary motivation for them in the work that they did.
