996 hours a year? Sure.
I wasn't put on Earth to create shareholder value. Work is the means to an end. The less of it I have to do, the better.
You couldn't pay me enough to sacrifice so much of my life for someone else's business.
What if you were in dire straits and needed the money?
But, think of the shareholders!
No. I can understand doing so if it's your own company and you have a significant % of the business. But if you are an employee it does not make sense, you will not gain the time back
I'm not getting paid by the hour, so hell no.
If I was paid hourly, hell no.
Yes, I do 996 hours per year. That is exactly 83 hours per month, and as a prime, management can’t divide it any further.
I did that and more when I was trying to get my startup off the ground, but never since and never again.
what is this 'work' you speak of?
No.
But my agents are.
