I'm looking for a website I stumbled upon 1 to 4 years ago.
It was a site where you could see a photo and play a pre-selected piece of electronic music. When the music started, the people in the photo would move their heads, mouths and eyes in sync with it, as if they were singing along.
You could also upload your own photos. I remember trying it with a picture of my cat, and it worked. To animate the faces, you had to manually place dots on facial features. It wasn't very realistic, and you could clearly tell it wasn't AI. There was no AI or facial recognition involved.
I don't remember much about the interface, but the sample photo was already there when you landed on the site.
I think it was some kind of experimental electronic music project, probably made by an independent developer rather than a company. It wasn't a commercial product.
The music was quite rhythmic, with heavily distorted vocals, to the point where the lyrics were almost incomprehensible. The mouth movements followed the lyrics. The overall style reminded me of deepmix.ru.
